Terms & Conditions for Poly Complete the Sentence Contest 

  1. The Poly Complete the Sentence Contest is only valid from 24th June – 23rd July 2021. 
  2. Entry Procedure: Complete the sentence in the post comment section.
  3. This contest is open to participants on AceTeam Networks Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn page. 
  4. Only one (1) winner will be chosen to win Poly Sync 20. 
  5. The winner will be notified via Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Poly LazMall private chat on 28th July 2021. 
  6. Every individual/user is only entitled to submit one answer (once). 
  7. AceTeam Networks may use the name and any photo(s)/video clips from the submissions/ entries for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation. 
  8. AceTeam Networks is not liable for any of the participants who participated but did not win. 
  9. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens, aged 18 and above, residing in Malaysia (“Eligible Participants”). Employees, representatives, family members, participating suppliers, agencies, dealers, service providers and/or interested persons connected to Poly or its affiliated companies are prohibited from participating in the said competition/contest. Any ineligible entry submitted will be summarily disqualified and thereafter unappealable. 
  10. The Poly Sync 20 prize from Poly cannot be exchanged for other items. 
  11. Poly Sync 20 prize comes with a 2-years warranty. 
  12. The winner must acknowledge the winner announcement message sent by AceTeam Networks within 2-weeks. The prize is forfeited without the winner’s response. 
  13. AceTeam Networks reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion to enforce, exempt, amend, remove, or determine any of the Terms and Conditions of the said contest/competition, at any time without prior notice. Accordingly, AceTeam Networks reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion to cancel, postpone, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest/competition at any time without reason or prior notice. 
  14. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to act in breaching or potential breaching of this Contest’s Terms and Conditions.
